Breakout Beaumer

Julien Beaumer had a breakout ride in the first moto, leading eight laps in the first moto (more than half) and one lap in the second moto. The Red Bull KTM rider said he is more comfortable on supercross than motocross and he delivered his first career podium finish in his first SMX race. Good ride, rook!

SMX Standings Update

After his 1-1 day, Haiden Deegan continues to lead the 250SMX standings. Second through fourth remained the same as Julien Beaumer finishing second overall at the first playoff round lands him fifth in the standings.

Chase Sexton still leads the 450SMX standings as Jett Lawrence is up to second after starting sixth and Eli Tomac jumped from 11th to fourth in a tie with his teammate Justin Cooper

Remember, the second round is in double points and the final is triple points.
